1. Consultation & Headshot Brief

2. Full setup onsite
I bring a complete professional lighting and photography setup and discreetly position it in an appropriate space such as a meeting room or quiet area. Setup is normally completed within 15–20 minutes of arrival so everything is ready quickly and efficiently.
3. Headshot Photoshoot
During the session I provide clear, friendly direction to help you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. I ensure flattering lighting, consistent framing and natural expressions, with additional support for anyone who may feel nervous about being photographed.
4. Post-Shoot Editing & Delivery
After the session I professionally edit your chosen images and supply final print-ready and web-ready corporate headshots within the agreed timescale. Standard retouching such as light corrections, exposure balancing and refinements is included, with optional advanced retouching available if required.
