What’s included in a corporate headshot session
1. Consultation & Headshot Brief – Together we define the style of the corporate headshots you require and clearly their intended usage to ensure all imagery is fit for purpose and adaptive as required. In addition we discuss logistics and management of the photoshoot, to ensure minimal disruption to your working day / operations, whilst effectively managing staff through at a sufficient rate. Logistics may require multiple days or half days, across different locations or sites depending on your team size and availability.
2. Full setup onsite – I will work with your team to discreetly setup my photography and lighting equipment, typically in a meeting room, or quiet reception room. Depending on the headshot brief, there may be team photoshoots around your premise. Setup is normally complete within 15-20mins of arrival.
3. Headshot Photoshoot – I will liaise with your team to effectively manage your staff and teams through, explaining the poses and imagery to ensure consistency and for nervous or anxious individuals I’ll provide additional support using my years of headshot photography experience. The key is to make this relaxed and enjoyable for all.
4. Post Headshot Photoshoot – On completion of the shoot, I will edit and provide print / media ready imagery within the agreed timescales. There are no hidden charges. The editing will include light touch ups, lighting adjustments and framing, if individuals require more extensive editing to alter images this will be charged separately, albeit this is rare and is not related to the image quality.
5. Secure Portal & Commercial Licence – On completion of the headshot editing, the images are provided via secure portal access, along with full commercial licence for use as you require.
How long do Corporate Headshot Photoshoots typically take?
Corporate Headshot photography is highly dependent on the individuals and operations on the day. If clients can work with me to create a steady flow of staff members with minimal disruption, then we can achieve a photography rate of 3-5 minutes per photo. However, operational calls and meetings, or disruptions can increase this to nearer 10 minutes +. Also nervous and anxious individuals will require a little more time. I will have discussed this with you prior to your corporate headshots session, to gauge the required timings for your shoot.

Absolutely. Based in Rugby, Warwickshire, I regularly travel across the Midlands, including Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, and beyond. 2. What happens if staff members are nervous in front of the camera?
No problem I’m a very experienced Corporate Headshot Photographer! I specialise in making camera-shy team members feel relaxed and confident. With plenty of positive encouragement and time to adjust, I create a calm atmosphere where even the most hesitant subjects can shine.

4. How and when will I receive the final images?
After your Company Headshot session, I review and professionally retouch your images. Final high-resolution digital files are typically delivered within 5–7 working days. If you have a deadline, such as updating a website or press release, just let me know, I’m happy to fast-track delivery where possible.
